About Pathway Assist
Our Mission
Pathway Assist is dedicated to providing safe, supportive housing solutions for adults experiencing homelessness in Greater London. We aim to empower individuals through personalised support and community engagement, helping them rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence.
Housing
Each room is fully furnished, making it easy to settle in from day one. Our homes are professionally cleaned on a regular basis, and our friendly maintenance team is always available to help if anything needs attention.
We work closely with local councils to support individuals who may not qualify for emergency housing but still need a helping hand.
More than just accommodation, Pathway Assist offers a stable, supportive environment where people can feel at home while they get back on their feet.
Support
Our support is built around helping you progress in a way that feels right for you. We work with people who may need some additional guidance to manage daily life and live more independently.
From the beginning, we’ll work alongside you to create a support plan that is tailored to your circumstances, goals, and abilities. This may include support with everyday responsibilities, employment, budgeting, building confidence, or simply having someone available to listen when you need it.
We’ll arrange regular visits to see how you’re getting on, and we may also carry out occasional unscheduled check-ins to make sure you are safe and everything is running smoothly. Our aim is to help you feel settled, supported, and prepared for whatever comes next.
